DE With its Opis 60s mobile, Opis Technology now produces a unique retro telephone. The designer product with rotary dial and metal bell looks like a sixties telephone, but is a mobile phone. It doesn't use a fixed-line connection but is operated as a mobile using a SIM-card. It is used both in the commercial environment and by individuals.
The design of the Opis 60s mobile closely resembles that of a classic rotary dial phone. Only if you turn it over can you see a SIM-card slot, an on/off switch and three indicator lights. There is also a receptacle at the back of the phone. Here you can plug in the charger. On a fully charged battery the desktop mobile boasts more than 1 week of standby and more than 5 hours of talk-time. In the meantime it can be used wireless and taken everywhere for a mobile phone call – just like you could with any other mobile.
