Hi,
I bought the phone in septmeber last year and for 3 months now I have not been able to make any outgoing phone calls and there is no sound when you pick up the handle. However it is possible to receive phone calls.
It has also taken up ringing randomly and last night it started ringing and has been ringing on and off this morning .. and it does not work to turn it on and off again.
Any ideas ?

Random ringing could be an indication that the battery is low (three short rings). Please check when you recharge if the orange battery LED is on. If it is not the charger might be defective. If you are unable to place a call, what signal is audible when you pick up the receiver handle?
